SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2013 -275

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 10 (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE
CORCORAN CITY CODE
Section 1070.020 of Chapter 10 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby
amended to allow a simplified process for approval of an amendment to an existing conditional
use permit.
A printed copy of the entire amended Section 1070.020 of Chapter 10 is available for inspection
by any person at City Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
