A RESOLUTION APPOINTING CITY ADMINISTRATOR AS DEPUTY CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council appointed Jeanie Heinecke to the position of
City Clerk/Bookkeeper on December 28, 2009;
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council recognizes Ms. Heinecke will not always be available to sign
official city documents;
BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council appoints the City Administrator as Deputy City Clerk for the
purpose of signing official city documents when the city clerk is not available.
