HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2012-51 - Approve MTP West Acres Preliminary PlatCity of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -51 Motion By: Cossette Seconded By: Asleson September 27, 2092 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR "MTP WEST ACRES" ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 23240 COUNTY ROAD 50 (PID 19- 119 -23 -41- 0001) WHEREAS, Brian and Christina Patnode have requested approval of a preliminary plat to allow subdivision of the 79.84 -acre parcel legally described as: East half of the southeast quarter of Section 19, Township 199, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval, and; WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed and approved the submitted preliminary and final plat at the May 24, 2012 meeting; WHEREAS, the applicant is now requesting a modification of the approved plat; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for a preliminary plat, subject to the following conditions: 1. This resolution replaces Resolution 2012 -25. All outstanding conditions of approval from Resolution 2012 -25 have been previously satisfied by the applicant. 2. A preliminary plat is approved to create 2 lots for MTP West Acres, in accordance with the plans received by the City on September 11, 2012, except as amended by this resolution.
