HomeMy WebLinkAbout2006-235 Amending Title X Zoning Ordinance CITY OF CORCORAN ORDINANCE 235 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED NORTH OF HIGHWAY 55 AND EAST OF PIONEER TRAIL THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map from A (Agriculture) and BP (Business Park) to PUD (Planned Unit Development) for a 54.10-acre parcel, legally described in Appendix A. Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage. th ADOPTED by the City Council this 24 day of August 2006.
