ORDINANCE NO. 2006-232
AN ORDINANCE SETTING FEES FOR SEPTIC PERMITS,
LAND USE PERMITS AND BUILDING INSPECTION PERMITS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendments. The text of the Corcoran City Code is hereby
amended as follows:
CHAPTER 30 (ADMINISTRATION) IS HEREBY AMENDED AS FOLLOWS:
CITY Fees
32.20 Administration.
The City Code is amended to provide for all fees to be set by resolution of the
City Council. Any fee currently existing, that is not replaced by a fee set by
resolution or by ordinance shall continue in effect until so altered.
Authority.
State law requires that a city establish certain fees by ordinance; these are fees
for septic permits, land use permits and building inspection permits.
SECTION 2. Adoption.
The Corcoran City Council hereby adopts the fee schedules attached hereto as
Exhibit A for septic permits, land use permits and building inspection permits.
SECTION 3. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage and publication.
ADOPTED by the City Council on March 23, 2006.
