AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE,
ENTITLED CORCORAN SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
Chapter 9 of the Corcoran City Code is the Corcoran Subdivision Ordinance. This Ordinance
amends the text of the following sections:
Section 915 — Rules and Definitions
Section 930 — Preliminary Plat Procedure
Section 935 — Final Plat Procedure
Section 940 — Open Space Preservation Plats
Section 970 -- Administration — Variances
Section 975 — Administration - Vacations of Rights -Of -Way and Easements
A printed copy of the entire amended Subdivision Ordinance is available for inspection by any
person at City Hall during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
