AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CORCORAN CITY
CODE, ENTITLED CORCORAN SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendments. The text of Sections 915, 930, 935, 940, 970 and 975 of
Chapter 9 (Subdivision Ordinance) of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended by
deleting the striGken material and adding the underlined material as follows:
See Attachment A
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its
passage.
