RESOLUTION NO. 2011-57

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR SEWER AND WATER UTILITY PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota held a public hearing
on the 21st day of November, 2011, to review and discuss the feasibility report provided by the
City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, notice of the feasibility hearing was given to all affected property owners;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the project is necessary to implement
the 2030 Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the sewer and water project to be feasible.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Corcoran City Council:
Authorizes the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for the Base
Project immediately. Alternatives as identified in the report dated November 2011
to be determined at a later date.
