A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR THE CITY SEWER
AND WATER UTILITY PROJECT, AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING TO
CONSIDER THE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, has reviewed information
regarding a City Sewer and Water project; and
WHEREAS, on October 13, 2011 the City Council received and reviewed the Feasibility
Report for a Sewer and Water Utility project from the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the Sewer and Water Utility project Feasibility Report to
be in order and further finds that a public hearing should be called under Minn. Stat. §429.031 to
formally consider the above-referenced project.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Corcoran City Council:
1. Accepts the Feasibility Report for the Sewer and Water Utility Project including the six
alternatives presented.
2. Orders a public hearing required under Minn. Stat. §429.031 to be held on November 21,
2011
