HomeMy WebLinkAbout2011-260 Ammending Title X - 7219 CR 116City of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota ORDINANCE NO. 2011 -260 Motion By: Gmach Seconded By: Asleson July28, 2011 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 7219 COUNTY ROAD 116 (PID 26- 119- 23 -41- 0004) THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS: Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map from Agriculture (A) to Light Industrial (1 -1) with respect to the property legally described as follows: The south 225 feet of the north 500 feet of the east 500 feet of Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 119, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Together with the west 21 feet of the east 500 feet of the north 275 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 119, Range 23, West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Subject to the public roadways across the northerly and easterly portions thereof. And also subject to an easement for maintenance and reconstruction of a drain field over, under and across the west 115 feet of the east 155 feet of the north 128 feet of the south 225 feet of the north 500 feet of Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 119, Range 23 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon its passage.
