RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -37

A RESOLUTION TO EXTEND THE LICENSED PREMISES AT THE STANCHION
FOR THE CORCORAN COUNTRY DAZE FESTIVAL
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council has issued a license for the sale of alcoholic
beverages at The Stanchion; and
WHEREAS, The Stanchion has provided proof of Liquor Liability insurance; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran. City Council has designated Corcoran Country Daze as a city
festival;
BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council hereby in accordance with MN 340A.404 does
authorize The Stanchion to dispense intoxicating liquor in the form of beer off premises on
Friday August 19, 2011 and Saturday August 20, 2011 as event's of Corcoran Country Daze.
