A RE50LUTION REQUESTING TAX FORFEITE� PROPERTY IN THE C�TY OF C�RCORAN

WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has in interest ir� the property legally described as:
Lot 3, Block 2, Oak Hollow Addition, 9$24 Cr�ek Vi�w Circle
WHEREAS, #he City has learned that th� property is now Hennepin County Forfeited Land;
WHEREAS, the Ci#y has an interest in acquiring this land for pt�blic purposes as a[lowed in
SS28201, Subd. 1 a.2e3 "of frails for walking, bicycling, snowmobiEing, or other recreatianal
purposes, afang with a reasonable amat�nt of surro�nd�ng land maintained in its natural state";
BE !T RESOLVED BY TH� CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that

Corcoran by Her�nepir� County.
