WHEREA,S, the Hennepin Counry Sherif� Foundation is requesting approval fram the City of
Corcoran for t��e purpose af conducting temporary lar�ful gambling in Corcoran on Augusfi 4, 2p11
at Pheasant Acres Golf Co�rse; and
WHEREAS, the necessary LG220 Application far Exempt Permit has been submitted and fully
executed,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council o�the Ci�y ot'Corcoran that they find
this request to be in compliance w'rth city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
resolution on behalf o£the City.
