A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE PLAN FOR GAZELLE MARKETING
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 20115 AUGER AVENUE
P.I.D. No. 26-119-23-12-0015
WHEREAS, Gazelle Marketing has requested approval of a site plan to allow for the construction of a
14,400 square foot office and warehouse facility on the property legally described as follows:
"Lot 4, Block 1, JACK AND CHERYL ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according to the
recorded plat thereof."
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the site plan at a duly noticed meeting, and
recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the site plan for Gazelle Marketing,
allowing the construction of a 14,400 square foot office and warehouse facility; subject to the following
�onditions:
A. The applicant shall comply with all recommendations and comments received from Bonestroo and the
Elm Creek Water Management Commission.
B. Replace all gravel parking surfaces with asphalt or concrete.
C. Provide concrete curb azound the perimeter of all parking areas.
D. All garbage and trash collection shall be handled within the building.
E. Provide additional information on mechanical equipment. Provide screening if required by Section
1060.030, Subd. 1 of the City Code.
