A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE DRAINAGE & UTILITY
EASEMENTS ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6655 & 6645 COUNTY ROAD N0.19
P.I.D. No's. 31-119-23-24-0006 and 31-119-23-24-0007
WHEREAS, Vincent and Laura Velch and Larson Properties have requested approval of a
preliminary plat re-platting two existing lots on the property legally described as follows:
"Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, SUGAR MAPLE FARM, Hennepin County, Minnesota"; and
WHEREAS, Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, SUGAR MAPLE FARM are being re-platted as Lots 1 and 2,
Block 1, SUGAR MAPLE FARM 2ND ADDITION; and
WHEREAS, SUGAR MAPLE FARM 2ND ADDITION will be dedicating to the public for public
use forever the drainage and utility easements shown on the plat; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval of the vacation of the existing drainage and utility easements by
the City of Corcoran;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve of the vacation of all utility
and drainage easements in Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, SUGAR MAPLE FARM as dedicated to the
public in the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County Minnesota.
