RESOLUTION NO. 2007-78

RESOLUTION EXTENDING PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
FOR RUSH CREEK HEADWATERS ADDITION
WHEREAS,Ed Kemna received preliminary plat approval for his development known as"Rush
Creek Headwaters Addition"on October 26, 2006; and
WHEREAS,the approving Resolution requires Mr. Kemna to obtain approval of the wetland
delineation from the Elm Creek Watershed Management Commission(ECWMC); and
WHEREAS,to date that wetland delineation approval has not been received therefore a one(1)
year extension is hereby being requested of the preliminary plat to allow time to complete the
outstanding items contained in Resolution 2006-63 and submit a final plat application.
NOW,THEREFORE BE RESOLVED, that the City is satisfied with Mr. Kemna's
explanations required of code section 930, subd. 8 as to the reasons for the extension request and
his good faith efforts to complete the plat, and does hereby grant a one-year extension to October
26, 2008, for the preliminary plat identified as Rush Creek Headwaters Addition.
