RESOLUTION NO. 2007-76 Motion By: Grabowsl� Seconded By: Thomas A RESOLUTiON ADOPTING PENALTIES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFENSES WITHIN THE CITY OF CORCORAN WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2006-240 on December 28, 2006, establishing Section 132 of the Corcoran City Code entitled "Administrative Offenses," and WHEREAS, Section 132 provides that penalties be imposed for violations of scheduled administrative offenses according to a schedule established, and amended from time to time, by Resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Corcoran City Council to amend said administrative offense penalty schedule.
