A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONDITIONAL USE
PERMIT FOR GREAT RIVER ENERGY
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 21500 LARI�N ROAD
ON P.I.D.No.27-119-23-23-0005
WHEREAS, Crreat River Energy has requested approval of an Amendment to their e�sting
Conditional Use Permit on the property legally described as follows:
"The West 122 feet of the South 435.6 feet for the Northwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 119,
Range 23 and the East 78 feet of the South 435.6 feet of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter in
Section 28, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota. (The fiill parcel measuring 200
feet east-west by 435.6 feet north-south.)"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Amendment to the Conditional Use
Permit at a duly called Public Hearing, adopted Findings of Fact and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, NIINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Amendment to the
Conditional Use Permit for Grea.t River Energy, allowing the construction of a 61 foot high wooden
pole with an antenna mounted at the top.
