A RESOLUTION APPROVING SHAMROCK GOLF COURSE'S APPLICATION TO THE
STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR RAFFLING AT 19625 LARKIN ROAD IN THE CITY OF
CORCORAN,MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the Northwest Suburban Chamber of Commerce has made an application to the State of
Minnesota for the purpose of conducting lawful gambling (raffles) within the city 1'units for their
annual golf tournament on September 24,2007.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran fmds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
applica.tion on behalf of the City, allowing the rai�les to be conducted September 24, 2007, at
Shamrock Golf Course, 19625 Larkin Road, Corcoran,MN 55340,as described in the application.
