A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TOPOGRAPHY AND WETLAND WAIVER FOR
PLATTING OF PROPERTY ON PARCEL 28-119-23-31-0003
WHEREAS, the applicant, Mr. Clinton Heitke, has requested a waiver from the topography
requirements for a preliminary plat as allowed in Section 930.020, Subd. 6(B)2 of the Corcoran
Subdivision Ordinance;and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting on September 13,
2007;and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council dces hereby approve
the topography waiver for the property identified as parcel number 28-119-23-31-0003 based upon
the following findings;
1. T'he property contains one existing fann home located at 7200 Rolling Hills Road
located on 155.03 acres.
2. The intent of the proposed subdivision is to create one new 2.5 acre single faznily lot
within the pmperty.
3. The existing use in consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
4. The use is generally consistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
5. No other waivers aze granted.
6. By granting the topography waiver it in no manner grants or implies approval of the
proposed plat.
