A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION
OF PID NO. 01-119-23-43-0002 (19319 ST'EIG ROAD)
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Subdivision Regulations Section 920.020 and Minnesota State
Statutes 462.358 Subd. 4b, K.A. Schober/C.M. Schober Trust hereby conveys the following
property by metes and bounds, as described below:
Proposed Parcel A— See the survey attached as Exhibit A for the legal description.
Proposed Parcel B — See the survey attached as E�ibit A for the legal description.
And;
WHEREAS, Condition No. 13 in Resolution 2005-16 requires that future division of this property
was to be accomplished via platting, and;
WHEREAS, the current City Ordinance, Section 920.020 does not require platting for lot divisions
where parcels are created that are 20.00 acres in size or larger;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the land
division with the following conditions:
1. Proposed Parcel A shall have two (2) building rights available and proposed Parcel B
shall have two (2)building rights available.
2. Condition No.13 in Resolution 2005-16 is hereby deleted.
3. Access to Proposed Parcel B shall be via an Access Easement across 19301 Stieg Road,
PID No. 01-119-23-44-0001. See Exhibit B.
4. The applicant must file the metes and bounds survey and the approving resolution at the
office of the Hennepin County Recorder.
