A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELINIINARY PLAT FOR KVELCH"ON
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6655&6645 COUNTY ROAD N0. 19
P.I.D.No.'s 31-119-23-24-0006&31-119-23-24-0007
WHEREAS, Vincent & Laura Velch and Larson Properties, LLC, have requested approval of a
preliminary plat to redraw two existing lots legally described as follows:
"Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Sugaz Maple Farm,Hennepin County, Minnesota."
and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public
Hearing on August 2,2007 and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, tha.t it should and hereby dces approve the request by Vincent &
Laura Velch and I.arson Properties, LLC for a preliminaty plat, subject to the following findings
and conditions:
1. That the Applicant prepare a legal description prior to approval of the final plat and that a public
hearing will be held to vacate the drainage and utility easement along the existing common lot line,
from the new proposed dividing line to the west. T'he legal description shall be submitted to the City
of Corcoran with the Final Plat.
2. Prior to Fina1 Plat approval,the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Depaztrnent
sha11 inspect existing Lot 3 and determine if there is an acceptable location for an alternative septic
system on the property.
