A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VACATION OF A CARTWAY ON PROPERTY
LOCATED ON P.I.D.No.30-119-23-44-0002,30-119-23-43-0002 AND 30-119-23-43-0006
WHEREAS, Donita Properties L.P, ha.ve requested approval of a preliminary plat to create two (2)
lots and one(1)outlot on the property legally described as follows:
"The South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin
County,Minnesota,subject to roads,
Except the South 200.00 feet of the West 325.00 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 30,Township 119 North, Ra.nge 23,
AND
Except that part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 119, Range 23,
Hennepin County,Minnesota,described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence North
along the West line thereof a distance of 322.00 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line to be
described;thence North along the West line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter , a distance
of 640.00 feet; thence East, parallel to the South line of said South Half of the Southeast Quarter, a
distance of 940.00 feet; thence Southwesterly for a distance of 900.00 feet, more or less, to a point
on a line drawn East from the actual point of beginning and parallel to the South line of said South
Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 325.00 feet East of said point of beginning;thence West
to the actual point of beginning,and there terminating,
AND
Except the East 326.7 feet of the West 651.7 feet of the South 200.00 feet of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 30,Township 119,Range 23, Hennepin County,Minnesota,
AND
Except the North 200.00 feet of the West 325.00 feet of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 30,Township 119,Range 23.";and
WHEREAS, a Cartway exists on the South 1 Rod of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 30, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County Minnesota and is located on P.I.D. No's.
30-119-23-44-0002, 30-119-23-43-0�2 and 30-119-23-43-0006; and

WHEREAS, the Cartway is not required by the properties whereupon it lies; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the preliminary plat at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval of the Cartway's vacation by the City of Corcoran;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve of the vacation of the
Cartway on the South 1 Rod of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township
119, Range 23, Hennepin County Minnesota.
