RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
WHEREAS,Hennepin County Information Technology provides a record management database for law
enforcement,attorneys and court staff;and
WHEREAS,the Corcoran Police Department utilizes and has access to this database as part of its regulaz
cowse of business; and
WHEREAS,the Corcoran City Attorney also requires access to this database.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,thatthe Corcoran Police Department is hereby authorized to enter
into subscriber agreement,contract#A071174 with the County of Hennepin;and
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that Chief Sean Gormley is hereby authorized to execute such
subscriber agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the contract on behalf of the
Corcoran Police Departmen�
