A RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION
OF OUTLOT A,EAGLE RIDGE
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Subdivision Regulations Section 920.020 and Minnesota State
Sta.tutes 462.358 Subd. 4b, Mr. Bill Worth of Eagle Bend Properties LLC hereby conveys the
following property by metes and bounds,as described below:
Tract A—See the survey attached as Attachment A for the legal description.
Tract B—See the survey attached as Attachment A for the legal description.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the land
division with the following conditions:
1. Tract A has zero (0)building rights available.
2. Tract B sha11 be allowed to develop pursuant to the duly adopted Comprehensive Plan
and Zoning Ordinance in effect at the time an application is received by the City of
Corcoran.
3. The applicant must file the metes and bounds survey and the approving resolution at the
office of the Hennepin County Recorder.
