A RESOLUTION TO APPR4VE A TOPOGRAPHY AND WETLAND WAIVER
FOR PLATTTNG OF PROPERTY ON PARCEL 28-119-23-43-0007
WHEREAS, the applicant, Teny 8c Karen Savoie, has requested a waiver from the topo�raphy
requirements for a preliminary plat as allowed in Section 930.Q20, Subd. 6(B)2 of the Corcoran
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoaran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting on July 12, 2U07; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council does hereby approve
the topography waiver for the property located west of Willow Drive and south of Homestead Trail,
identified as parcel number 28-119-23-43-0007 based upon the following findings;
1. The property contains one existing home located at 21801 Homestead Trail located on
16.41 acres.
2. The intent of the propos�d subdivision is to create one new 2.5 acre single family lot
within the property.
3. The existing use is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Ilse Plan.
4. The use is generally consistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
S. No other waivers are granted.
6. By granting the topography waiver it in no manner grants or implies approval of the
proposed plat.
