RESOLUTION RELEASING THE LETTER OF CREDIT FOR
PARK PLACE STORAGE
WHEREAS, Paul 7orgensen, President of Park Place Storage Condominiums, Inc. has hereby
requested the release of his letter of credit held by the City of Corcoran for the completion of all
conditions placed on the development of Park Place Storage; and
WHEREAS, Engineer Vander Top has inspected the site and hereby recommends the release of
the letter of credit.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Council of the City of Corcoran, Courny of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, does hereby authorize the release the letter of credit identified by Premier
Banks of Osseo Minnesota as Letter of Credit No.681 being held by the City of Corcoran for
Park Place Storage Condominiums, Inc.
