APPROVING A LAND DIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 20701 LARKIN ROAD
WHEREAS, pursuant to City Subdivision Regulations Section 920.020 and Minnesota
State Statutes 462.358 Subd. 4b, the Estate of Joseph S. Kral hereby conveys the
following property by metes and bounds, as described below:
Parcel A — The West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, of Section 26, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
And
Parcel B — The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter, of Section 26, Township 119, Range 23, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the land
division with the following conditions:
1. The Development Rights Map will be amended to reflect that the 4 existing
building rights will be assigned equally, providing two building rights on Parcel A
and two building rights on Parcel B.
2. That at the time that a building permit application is made for Parcel A that the
required park dedication fee at that time will be paid.
3. The applicant must file the metes and bounds survey and approving resolution at
Hennepin County.
