WHEREAS, pursuant to bids and quotes sought for 2007 street maintenance materials for various
streets within the City, bids and quotes were received, opened, and tabulated according to law; and

Miller Truckin 4.90 er ton

BE IT RESOLVED that Miller Trucking has been identified as the lowest responsible bidder.
Specs not meeting qualifications will be awarded to the neact lowest bidder.
THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-�CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authonzed and directed to enter into contract with above
identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2007 street maintenance
materials.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed.
