WHEREAS, on October 12, 2006 the Corcoran City Council received a feasibility report prepared by
Bonestroo with reference to the improvements of Utilities and Backage Road relating to the Corcoran
Business Park ; and
WI-�REAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and
the hearing was held thereon on the 20th date of November, 2006 at which time all persons desiring to
be heard were given an opportunity to be heard.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
l��IINNESOTA:
l. Such improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Bonestroo is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall prepare
plans and specifications for making of such improvement.
3. The Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement from the
proceeds of t�-exempt bonds.
