A RESOLUTION TO APPROYE A TOPOGRAPHY WAIVER
FOR PLATTING OF PROPERTY AT 6715 WILLOW DRIVE
WHEREAS, the applicant, Robert and Sharon Kelly, has requested a waiver from the topography
requirements for a preliminary plat as allowed in Section 930.020, Subd_ 6(B)2 of the Corcoran
Subdivision Ordinance;and
WHEREAS,the Corcoran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting an April 12, 2007; and
N�W THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council does hereby approve
the topography waiver for the property located west of Willow Drive, identified as parcel number
33-119-23-13-00{}6 based upon the following findings;
1. The property has a major wetland cflmplex which segazates the two buildable az�as on
the property.
2. The intent of the proposed subdivision is to create�two separate parcels. One of which
will contain the existing house.
3. The existing use is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
4. The use is generally co�sistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
5. No ot�Zer waivers are granted.
6. By granting the topography waiver it in no manner grants or implies approval of the
proposed plat.
