identified as the lowest responsible bidders for Class 5 and Gravel Hauling. Gravel specifications
not meeting qualifications will be awarded to the next lowest bidder.

BE IT RESOLVED that Astech has been identified as the lowest responsible bidder for Crack

for Dust Crnrtrol material.
TI�REFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY TT-�COUNCIL OF TI�CTTY OF CORCORAN, MN:
1. That the Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to euter into contract with above
identified responsible bidders in the name of the City of Corcoran fnr the 2007 street
mairnenance materials.
2. The Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to a11 bidders the
deposits made with their bids, except tha.t the deposits of the successful bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
