WHEREAS, the Corcoran Jaycees has made an application to the City of Corcaran for the purpose of
conducting lawful gambling, consisting of bingo and a raffle drawing, within the city limits;
NOW TI�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing bingo and a raffle drawing to be conducted at the Corcoran
Community Park, located at 20200 County Road 50, durin�the Corcoran Country Daze celebration on
August 19, 2007, as described in the application.
