RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ORGAl�TIZATION
AND APPOINTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, City Clerk/Treasurer Bea Lindberg has submitted her resignation,terminating
her employrnent with the City on February 28, 2007;
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby accepts her resignation and appoints
City Administrator Susan Vergin as the acting City Clerk to fulfill those required statutory duties until
such time as the City Clerk/Treasurer position vacancy is filled.
