RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF MEDINA
TO PERFORM WORK RELATIVE TO PROVIDING FUTURE INFRASTRUCTURE
SERVICES TO THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran has authorized the development of a project known as the
Commercial Business Park located north of Highway 55 between Pioneer Trail and Roliing Hills
Road; and
WHEREAS,as part of that project the City is seeking sanitary sewer and water infrastructure
services from the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS,the City of Medina is seeking cost participation by the City of Corcoran to prepare
an update to the Medina Capital Improvement Plan and a Water Rate Analysis based on the
impact that will result in the utilization of the infrastructure by the City of Corcoran.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Corcoran City Council hereby agree to participate
in the Capital Improvement Plan Update for a cost not to exceed$1,500 and the Water Rate
Analysis for a cost not to exceed$5,250.
