NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City does hereby acknowledge and accept the interim fees as proposed. The previous rates of $125/hr civil and $90/hour criminal have been held for three years and I expect I will be able to keep this new rate for at least two years. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your staff and look forward to continuing to work with you in 2007. Although the City budget included an estimated 5% rate increase for planning services, we recognize that we all continue to have budget concems and we are keeping our rate increases for planning services to an approximately 3.7% increase. I have attached our municipal rate schedule for 2007. These rates will become effective on January 1, 2007 for hourly work performed by Landform Engineering Company on behalf of the City.
