RESOLUTION NO. 2007-02

RE50LUTION RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION
AND ANNUAL APPOINTMENTS FOR THE
CITY OF CORCORAN FOR 2007
WHEREAS,the City of Corcoran(City) is required to designate the official newspaper, official
depositories and signatories, make annua.l appoinhnents to various commissions within the organization
of the City, as well as other defined organizational items as defined by State Statute and City Codes.
NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby make the following appointments for
the year 2007:
1. Interim Official Newsaauer
Crow River News, 33 2n Street N.E., PO Box 280, Osseo,MN 55369
2. Council Meetings
Regular City Council Meetings: from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.,unless extended by a simple
majority vote of the Council, on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month. Special Meetings
may be held in accordance with state law and local ordinance.
3. Vice Mavor/Acting Mavor
The Acting Mayor shall be Councilor Grabowski
4. NW League of Cities Delegate
The NW League of Cities Delegate (will remain un-appointed until such time as appointed bv
Council
5. NW League of Cities Alternate
The NW League of Cities Alternate (will remain un-appointed until such time as appointed bv
Council
6. Northwest Hennepin Human Services Council Advisorv Commission

Regular Commission Meetings are held from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.,unless extended by a simple
majority vote of the Commission, on the third Tuesday of the month. Special Meetings are held in
accordance to sta.te law and local ordinance.
