A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEREAS,the City Council ordered a public hearing for November 20,2006 on the proposed
improvements consisting of a Backage Road and Utilities between Pioneer Trail and Rolling Hills Road;
and
WHEREAS,ten days notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given,and the hearing
was held thereon on the 20'�day of November,2006,at which time all persons desiring to be heard were
given an opportunity to be heard;
NOW,Tf�REFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,
NIINNESOTA:
l. Such improvement is necessary,cost effective,and feasible as detailed in the feasibility report.
2. Bonestroo,Rosene,Anderlik,and Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this
improvement.T'he engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
3. The City Council declazes its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the improvement
from the proceeds of tax-exempt bonds.
