SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2006-237 AND 2006-238
CITY CODE CHAPTER 37, 50, 81, 83, 84 AND 110 AND THE ZONING ORDINANCE
(CHAPTER 10 OF THE CITY CODE)
These ordinances amend the text of City Code Sections 37, 50, 81, 83, 84 and 110 and
the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10 of the City Code). The ordinances pertain to the annual
update of the City Code and consist of both technical and substantive amendments. The
ordinances contain amendments to the following articles:
Chapter 37— Home Occupation Commission
Chapter 50— Individual Sewage Treatment Systems
Chapter 81 —Animals
Chapter 83 — Parks and Recreation
Chapter 84 —Signs
Section 1020.020— Definitions
Section 1030.010— Non-Conforming Buildings, Structures, Uses and Lots
Section 1030.100 — Home Occupations
Section 1050.010 —Wetland Overlay District
Section 1050.020—Shoreland Overlay Distri�t
Section 1060.060— Parking and Loading
Chapter 110.04—Apptication and Fees
A printed copy of the City Code amendments is available for inspection at Corcoran City
Hall during regular office hours.
