RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ORGAIVIZATION
AIYI? APPQINTMElYT�FQR THE CITY QF CQRCUU��RAN
WHEREAS, Corcoran City Council has requested the creation of a committee to be referred to as the
"Pavement Management Committee"; and
WHEREAS,the task of the"Pavement Management Committee: is to review the process for
neighborhood petitions for the im�rovements to residential streets, and prepare a Capital Improvement
Plan that will identify needs,rank roads and identify funding options for such im�mvements, and
WHEREAS,the Committee sha11 be responsible for reporting back to the City Council in 120 days on
their recommendations that will be considered and utilized with the Comprehensive Plan u�date.
WHEREAS, that the Corcoran City Council identified that the Committee should be comprised of 2
council members, 3 staff members and up to 10 residents, with no more than two residents living on the
sax�e road.
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the following are hereby appointed to the Committee:

Paul Jacobs Public Works Superintendent Pat Meister
Ron'Thomas Administrator Vergin
Engineer Vander Top
Ten Residents•

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED,the City Council will fill vacancies following the guidelines of
membership as defined in this resolution.
