APPROVING A LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6925 & 6924 JUBERT LANE
WHEREAS, Mary and Armand Brachman have requested approval of a lot consolidation for the
properties legally described as follows:
Lot 13 and Lot 12 of Blodc 1, Lake Jubert Estates
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consotidation,
subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. It has been determined that Lot 13, Block 1, Lake Jubert Estates does not meet the
necessary soil percolation standards.
2. Park dedication is not required for this lot consolidation.
3. The applicant must file the lot line consolidation and approving resolution at Hennepin
County.
