WHEREAS, the Corcoran Jaycees has made an application to the City of Corcoran for the purpose of
conducting lawful gambling, consisting of bingo and a ra�le drawing, within the city limits;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Corcoran finds this
application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
application on behalf of the City, allowing bingo and a rai�le drawing to be conducted at the Corcoran
Community Park, located at 20200 Courrty Road 50, during the Corcoran Country Daze celebration on
August 18 and 19, 2006, as described in the application.
