APPROVING THE VACATION OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY
EASEMENT WITHIN LOT 2, BLOCK 1 OF OAK RIDGE FARM SECOND
ADDITION, FOR LEE CORNELIUS, ON PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF
COUNTY ROAD 116 AND EAST OF BLUE BONNET DRIVE
WHEREAS, Lee Cornelius has requested the vacation of the drainage and utility
easement around Lot 2, Block 1, Oak Ridge Farm Second Addition:
WHEREAS, the Council held a public hearing on July 13, 2005 to inform any and all
interested parties relevant to the vacation of said drainage and utility easement; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the city Council that the said easement is not needed
for public purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that the following drainage and utility
easement be vacated:
The northerly, southerly, easterly, and westerly ten (10) feet of the drainage and
utility easement dedicated on Lot 2, Block 1 Oak Ridge Farm Second Addition,
according to the recorded plat thereof,Hennepin County,Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the applicant must file the vacation at Hennepin
County.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 13�'day of July 2006.
