A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE MODIFICATIONS TO A CONDITIONAL HOME
OCCUPATION LICENSE FOR GREG GUNDERSON FOR THE OPERATION OF
AN AUTO REPAIR AT 6300 HORSESHOE BEND DRIVE
WHEREAS, Greg Gunderson at 6300 Horseshoe Bend Drive has a�plied for a modification to
the Conditional Home Occupation License(CHOL) issued on the 14 day of October,2004; and
WHEREAS, a public meeting was held on June 8, 2006 for the Commission to consider certain
standards and criteria when reviewing the requested modification to the CHOL.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran that the
CHOL issued under Resolution No. 2004-84, hereto attached,to Greg Gunderson at 6300
Horseshoe Bend Drive is hereby modified to a11ow the home occupation to move from the
existing attached garage to a detached accessory building with the following conditions:
CONDITIONS:
1. The accessory structtu�e shall be constructed with two by six stud wa11s and will be fully
insulated
2. No windows shall face the nearest residential dwelling
3. Air conditioning sha11 be installed in the accessory structure as a noise barrier
4. Customer visits shall be limited to one per day
