APPROVING A LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 23531 COUNTY ROAD 10 AND 9255 COUNTY ROAD 19
WHEREAS, Donald and Trisha Sather have requested approval of a 1ot consolidation
for the properties legally described as foliows:
23521 County Road 10 —That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18,
Township 119 North, Range 23, West of the 5th Principal Meridian,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at a
point on the North line of said Northwest Quarter distant 18 2/3 rods West
of the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter; thence South parallel
with the East line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of 18 rods; thence
West parallel with the North line of said Northwest Quarter a distance of
90.5 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Northwest
Quarter a distance of 18 rods to the North line of said Northwest Quarter
thence East along said North line a distanoe of 90.5 feet to the point of
commencement.
And
9255 County Road 19 - Lot 1, Block 1, Korf Addition
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Iot
consolidation, subject to the following findings and conditions:
1. The County has purchased the residential building on Lot 1, Block 1, Korf
Addition, per the Receipt and Agreement dated March 21, 2006. This structure
shall not be used for residential purposes, but will be utilized as a field office
during the reconstruction project on County Road 19. Upon completion of the
County Road 19 project Hennepin County shall remove the structure.
2. Park dedication is not required for this lot consolidation.

3. The applicant must file the lot line consolidation and approving resolution at
Hennepin County.
