A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A TOPOGRAPHY WAIVER
FOR PLATTING OF PROPERTY AT 20801 COUNTY ROAD 117
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested a waiver from the topography requirements for
a preliminary plat as allowed in Section 930.020, Subd. 6(B)2 of the Corcoran
Subdivision Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting on April 13,
2006; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Corcoran City Council does hereby
approve the topography waiver based on the following findings:
l. The remaining 74.67 acres of the parcel not planned for the new home will
continue to be farmed. A full topographic survey of that parcel will be required if
additional development or subdivision is proposed on that parcel.
2. The existing use is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
3. The use is generally consistent with the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision
Ordinance.
4. No other waivers aze granted.
5. By granting the topography waiver it in no manner grants or implies approval of
the proposed plat.
