These ordinances amend the text of City Code Sections 40, 82 and 110 and the
Subdivision Ordinance (Chapter 9 of the City Code) and the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 10
of the City Code). These ordinances pertain to the annual update of the City Code and
consist of both technical and substantive amendments. The ordinances contain
amendments to the following articles:
Section 40 — Building Code
Section 82 — Nuisances
Section 920.015— Definitions
Section 920 —Subdivision Approval Required
Section 925.010 — Premature Subdivision Prohibited
Section 1020.020 — Definitions
Section 1040.020 —Agriculture District
Section 1040.030 — Rural Residential District
Section 1040.080 — Rural Commercial District
Section 1060.010 — Exterior Storage
Section 1070.040 —Variances
Section 1070.050 —Site Plan
Section 1080— Enforcement Provisions
Section 110.05 —Alcoholic Beverages
A printed copy of the City Code amendments is available for inspection at Corcoran City
Hall during regular o�ce hours.
