WHEREAS, pursuant to bids and quotes sought for 2006 street maintenance materials for various streets within
the City, bids and quotes were received,opened,and tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS,the following bids were received:

AGG Industries $538 Ton No Bid Delivered
Plaisted Company $10.60 Ton $10.60 Delivered

BE IT RESOLVED that Buffalo Bituminous and T & S Trucking have been identified as the lowest
responsible bidders;

BE IT RESOLVED that Pearson Brothers has been identified as the lowest responsible bidder;
Crack Seal Bergman Company $1.16 per pound
Astech Corporation $1.17 per pound
Allied Blackto $1.69 er ound
BE IT RESOLVED that Bergman Company has been identified as the lowest responsible bidder;
Dust Control Dust Coating Inc. $0.558
BE IT RESOLVED that Dust Coating Inc.has been identified as the lowest responsible bidder;
Resolution No.2006-OS
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLJNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN,MN:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with above identified
responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 2006 street maintenance materials.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder shall be retained until a contract
has been signed.
