SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2024-524

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF TITLE IX (SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE) AND
TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE RELATED TO
CONSERVATION RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT (CITY FILE 24-012)
Title IX and Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended to
account for the new land use designation of Conservation Residential within the Subdivision
Ordinance and Zoning Ordinance of the Corcoran City Code.
A printed copy of the entire amendment is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
