SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2024-520
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING SOLID WASTE COLLECTION
Chapter 117 Solid Waste Collection of the City Code of
hereby amended to remove the requirement for solid waste
April 11, 2024
the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is
haulers to offer organics recycling.
A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
